These rules apply to all Students and Authors enrolled in any Course or Mentorship offered by QBW Services, LLC d/b/a Seven Figure Author Career (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement—but do not override—your signed Course or Mentorship Agreement.

1  OFFICIAL CONTACT CHANNELS

Notes for your Mentor: One Note or a Google Doc linked inside your One Note program folder

We do not monitor phone calls, SMS, personal Facebook DMs, direct-to-mentor emails, personal emails, or ad‑hoc Zoom links. Using unapproved channels may delay support or void guarantee.

2  EMAIL ETIQUETTE

Bundle related questions into one thread to speed resolution.

Mark the subject line clearly (e.g., “3xP Program Billing Error – Jane Doe”).

Allow up to 48 business hours for a response (ex‑holidays/office closures).

3  CALL SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Strategy or mentor calls must be booked through the link provided in your portal.

24‑hour notice is required to reschedule. Less notice may forfeit the session.

Missed calls count as completed unless a documented emergency occurs.

4  OFFICE HOURS & HOLIDAYS

Regular office hours: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. ET.

Closed on U.S. federal holidays and posted Company wellness breaks (advance notice given via the Official Facebook FAM Group).

5  BILLING

All payment processing, retry logic, late fees, and collection procedures are detailed in our separate Billing & Payment Policies.

6  BILLING DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Have a billing dispute? Email [email protected] with “Billing Dispute” in the subject line.

If no resolution is made within 14 days, e‑mail a written notice plus evidence (receipts, screenshots of portal or approved e‑mails). We have 30 days to respond.

Before any further escalation, you agree to attend a one‑hour Zoom mediation via New Era ADR. Recording is confidential and may serve as evidence later. Fees split 50/50.

Initiating a chargeback without following this process breaches your Agreement and triggers the $250 processing fee plus cost‑shifting detailed in our terms.

7  REFUNDS & GUARANTEE SNAPSHOT

Self‑paced Courses: No refunds once access is GRANTED to any module.

3XP Mentorship: Covered by the Do‑the‑Work Money‑Back Guarantee—all 26 checkpoints must be completed with mentor sign off and the program criteria must be met.

8  ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By participating in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and will comply with these Communication & Service Policies. Violations may result in delayed support, forfeited sessions, account suspension, loss of guarantee, or other remedies outlined in your Agreement.
