Contact policies: Your primary contact person for Six Figure Author Coach is Rebecca Hamilton who is available from 10am to 4pm EST Monday through Friday. Rebecca Hamilton communicates by email, live chat, and ticket support only. Please do not call, text, Facebook message, or us other means to communicate.
Email policies: Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response by email, although Seven Figure Author Career strives to respond sooner. Please include all inquiries in a single email, rather than piecemeal, to allow for timely and efficient responses.
Call Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule a call. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided.
Time Off Policy: Seven Figure Author Career is closed on weekends and federal and state holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off.
Billing: IF you join a paid program with recurring billing, you will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every two days for up to ten days.
Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Six Figure Author Coach prior to initiating a chargeback.
Refunds: Due to the propriety nature of our content, our un-mentored trainings have a no-refunds policy. We do, however, offer a Money Back Guarantee for our One-on-One Mentorships. This guarantee does not apply to un-mentored trainings as we are not being hired to guide and approve the application of our advice, and only advice applied fully and adequately proven to work 100% of the time.
Additionally, our 3XP Mentorships cover all areas of an author's career, which allows us to ensure everything is working together synergistically for results. If an author opts into a standalone training for one area of their career but something else they are doing in their career is hindering the ability of those trainings to benefit them fully, that only means the author needs further training, as our track record shows that our strategies work when there are no outside roadblocks in the way.
On that end, any 3XP Mentorships must be completed in full to qualify for a Money Back Guarantee. This option does not apply to individual courses unless otherwise contractually agreed by both parties.
Terms of Guarantee: The FTC prohibits us from making income claims that tell you how much money you personally WILL make while utilizing our program, regardless of our past results in getting authors to 6-7 figures additional net in 100% of cases where our training and recommendation have been fully implemented.
However, we are legally allowed to offer a money back guarantee based on what outcome you ultimately DO or DO NOT get. As such, our guarantee is that IF you do not land on a 6-7 figure additional net per year trajectory within 12 months of full mentorship implementation, then as part of our risk free opportunity, if you have also not made back your program investment in additional net profits, we will refund you, and if you have recouped the program cost in additional net profits, we will continue to work with you for free until you hit a 6-7 figures trajectory.
Please note this is not an income claim on what results you personally WILL get, but rather a money back guarantee based on the results you DO or DO not get, factually, as an individual, versus how that aligns with those who have already completed the program and have made 6-7 figures in additional net by doing so.
